Last updated [DATE]. The short version: your email is only used to tell you when kpop.space lands.
kpop.space is run by [YOUR NAME OR COMPANY], [ADDRESS], England. Questions or requests: hello@kpop.space.
Your email address and when you signed up. That’s it.
Only to email you about kpop.space launching and early access. Nothing gets sold or shared for advertising. The legal basis is your consent, and you can take it back any time.
Your details are stored with Supabase and emails are sent with Proton Mail. They only process them on kpop.space’s behalf. The list is held in the EU (Ireland) and emails go out through Proton’s servers in Switzerland; the UK recognises both as protecting personal data to the same standard. Supabase is a US company; if its staff ever access the data from outside the UK, that’s covered by the UK’s International Data Transfer Addendum in its data processing agreement.
Until kpop.space launches and you’ve had your invite, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. If the launch is called off, the list gets deleted.
You can ask to see, fix or delete your details, or object to how they’re used. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or just email hello@kpop.space. Not happy with the answer? You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
kpop.space is for people 16 and over. If someone under 16 has signed up, email hello@kpop.space and their details will be deleted.
